ERPNext implementation and customisation

ERPNext Implementation in Greenville, SC

Pragmatic ERPNext and Frappe implementations for manufacturers and growing businesses — installed cleanly, upgraded cleanly.

How we work

  • Custom behaviour is delivered as installable Frappe apps, never as a fork of core
  • Data migrations run against trial-balance checkpoints so a half-imported file is never the only record
  • Pure-logic customisations ship with automated tests
  • All money is stored as integer cents — no floating-point in ledgers
  • Weekly upgrade canary restores yesterday's backup before any migration runs
  • AI assistants in our setups read through permission checks; every write needs explicit human confirmation

What an ERPNext engagement looks like

We start with a free conversation: what your business does today, what is breaking, what you would change if you could. From there we scope a pilot — usually one module or one workflow — and only expand once you are using it.

Where we add value

  • Manufacturing, distribution, and apparel — BOMs, work orders, cost sheets, and the integrations to your existing tools.
  • Multi-entity rollups — a parent company with several operational companies, each on its own books, rolled up for reporting.
  • Custom workflows that fit your business — encoded as Frappe apps so they upgrade with the platform.

What we won’t do

We won’t promise a six-week “go-live” if your data is not clean enough. We won’t ship customisations that overwrite core code, because that path ends in an upgrade you cannot run. And we won’t deploy AI features that can write to your books without a human confirmation step.

Frequently asked questions

No. Every customisation we ship is an installable Frappe app. That keeps upstream upgrades working and your instance on the supported path.
Imports run against trial-balance checkpoints. If a row count, account total, or balance does not reconcile, the migration stops and we fix the source before continuing. You never end up with a half-imported ledger as the only record.
A weekly canary restores yesterday's backup onto a clone, runs `bench migrate` against the latest upstream release, and reports. If the canary breaks, your production instance is not touched.
Yes — through assistants whose reads respect ERPNext permissions and whose writes require an explicit human confirmation step. We will not ship an AI that can quietly modify a posted ledger entry.
No. ERPNext and Frappe are trademarks of Frappe Technologies. We are an independent consultancy that builds on top of their open-source platform.
