Linkedbits is an IT consulting and software company based in Greenville, South Carolina. We design, build, and operate software for the businesses, Catholic parishes, and small organisations that make the Upstate a good place to live.
We are not a franchise and we are not a national consultancy with a local office. The work is done by the same people you talk to in the first conversation. The code we ship lives in your repository. The recommendations we give are the recommendations we would take ourselves.
How we work
Every engagement starts with a free conversation. We listen first. We tell you what we would do, what it would cost, and — importantly — when the right answer is to wait. Most of our work is paid on a fixed scope or milestone basis; the proposal is always in writing before any code is written.
Our defaults are deliberately conservative. We deliver customisations as installable Frappe apps, never as forks of core code. We keep money as integer cents. We wire AI features so they read through your existing permissions and write only after a human confirms. We host on infrastructure you own where the data requires it.
Who we serve
Local businesses and small organisations in Greenville and the Upstate — repair shops, professional practices, manufacturers, small retailers, churches, parishes, and community programmes. We work in person when we can and remotely when we have to.
For Catholic parishes and ministries, the same team has built the Parochia website builder and the NearestMass directory. We understand liturgical calendars, diocesan structures, and the realities of running a parish office with a small staff.
What we have shipped
Our products page lists the software we have designed, built, and operate. They include a falling-notes piano practice app, a multi-tenant booking platform, an AI game factory, and the Catholic parish and directory products above. Each one was built because the work itself taught us something we now bring to consulting engagements.
